The offered apartment is located in the YOUNIQ dorm. The building is a new building and all apartments are very high quality equipped (noble bathroom, floor heating, etc.).
The building also houses a fitness room that is free of charge, and a learning lounge with large tables and free WiFi. In the underground garage, a private parking for a monthly fee (about 50 €) can be used.

I am going to leave my room at the end of Feb 2018 since I'll be starting my new job in Paderborn from 01.03.2018.
My lease expires on 31st May. This means that strictly speaking, from 1st March to the end of May, when my lease expires, you are my sub-tenant. Its possible for the new tenant to sign a further long term lease with YOUNIQ for the same room after 31 May.
Long story short, I want to get out of the apartment before my lease ends and so that I can, I need someone to take over the remainder of my contract as a subtenant.
I also want to leave a few pieces of furniture in the apartment because I can not take them with me. These include a large file shelf, an office container and a small shelf (all 3 from IKEA, about 1 year old, very good condition). Price: 100 €.
