The house is in a quiet but central location close to the main train station and other public transportation like bus and tramway.
The studio was renovated in 2018 with new furniture and equipment. Ideal to arrive with a suitcase and start life or spend some time in the beautiful city of Karlsruhe. It is really small so not ideal for long-term living and daily cooking, but a nice place to start with a flexible contract.
There will be a deposit to agree on depending on the duration of the contract (usually the equivalent of one month rent).
