Hallo, I am a Ph.D. (75%) at KIT and I am looking for a new accommodation as early as August 1st 2023. I am from the U.S. and my native language is English but I also speak Chinese and limited Spanish and German. I do not have a pet and I do not have furnitures with me so I would be happy to buy furnitures from you if you are looking to sell them when moving out. I am a responsible tenant and like to keep the place clean by cleaning once a week. I do not like parties but I do enjoy a nice quiet dinner with friends instead.
