Suche ab 1.Oktober 2008 eine nette, ruhige und zentrale (zentral=Uni/Innenstadt) Wohnung in Karlsruhe! (mind.25qm). Bin sehr ordentlich und ruhig. Die Wohnung sollte gepflegt sein (denn das werde ich auch tun), unmöbliert, am liebsten mit EBK und Balkon und nicht mehr als 330 Euro (warm) kosten...Würde mich über nette Angebote freuen!!
