Hey ihr alle,
ich suche ab 1.5.
ein Zimmer in einer WG, ein 1 Z-Appartement oder eine 2 ZW
da ich hier Momentan total unglücklich (alles dreckig im Flur u Treppenhaus, Bad u WC auf dem Flur u auch total dreckig.....)
Dieses sollte 20-60 qm haben und sollte mit allem drum und dran nicht mehr als 430,- € warm kosten.
WICHTIG wären mir Dinge wie:
WaMa, rauchen erlaubt bzw Balkon, Parkplatz für Fahrrad und PKW, Küche vorhanden, WHG im Erggeschoss oder 1.OG ansonsten mit Aufzug, gerne teilmöbliert, in der Nähe der S-Bahn wäre schön und gegen sonstige Extras habe ich natürlich auch nicht.
Ich freue mich von euch was zu hören.
