My wife and I are very clean and respectful people. We are from Australia and we are living in Karlsruhe until the 1st of August, while I am working on a research project at KIT north. We have been here for one month already. We have to leave our current apartment on the 15th of July, because the person who lives here permanently is returning from overseas. We are looking for somewhere to rent from 15/07 until 01/08. We are happy to pay the rent completely in advance and we would like to rent a nice apartment or a studio or a nice room in a hohuse.
