Ich bin eine 28-jährige Lehrerin und suche ab September (evtl. auch ab August) eine kleine, gemütliche Wohnung in Karlsruhe, bevorzugt in Bahnhofsnähe.
Ich bin sehr ordentlich und zuverlässig, rauche nicht und habe keine Haustiere.
Es wäre toll, wenn in der Wohnung schon eine Küche vorhanden wäre.
