Hallo
Da ich demnächst eine Arbeitsstelle in der Nähe antrete suche ich eine kleine Wohnung für mich. Bevorzugt in Karlsruhe Süd-Weststadt, Mühlburg oder Knielingen.
Die Kaltmiete sollte nicht mehr als 450€ betragen, sodass ich mit allen weiteren Kosten nicht über 530€ pro Monat komme.
Zimmeranzahl und Wohnfläche sind optional.
