Im a young researcher at KIT, so in working days i almost at my office in university and in weekends i prefer to spend time traveling and hangout with my friends. However, i'm looking for a nice 1 room flat or an small furnished house near campus south (20-25 mint walk is ok!).
Also, as i dont know any German yet, i prefer my landlord handles all expenses and i just give him/her a monthly payment.
