Karlsruhe renting studio with kitchen

Hello, my name is Jack Chu from Taiwan. I'm going to study at Karlsruhe institute of technology( KIT) for two years MBA program in 1. October 2022. Therefore, my girlfriend and I are looking forward to finding a place to stay, and after viewing the photos, we think this apartment is suitable for us.

To let you know more about us, my girlfriend and I have been together for nine years, and we both are age 27 this year, don't smoke, don't drink alcohol, have no pets, and have no children. And before coming to Germany, we both had decent jobs. I worked as an entrepreneur and had worked for a top five ranking company called Keyence in Japan, and my girlfriend worked for a Taiwan company for five years. So we have enough savings to cover all the expanse during these two years of study. Also, we both like to live in a clean and tidy environment, so we would keep the house as clean as possible.

You will find out that we are responsible and trustable renters. Because we have traveled in Europe multiple times, we know that providing trustworthy information is critical to both of us. We will be responsible for your house and our credit

As I mentioned, my girlfriend and I aren't in Germany now. We will arrive in Germany on 28. Sep 2022, is there any possible way for us to make a reservation and have a further deal when we come to Karlsruhe? We have prepared the Block account document for the proof of income.
