Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1.OG in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit 6 Parteien.
Der große Garten hinter dem Haus steht allen zur Nutzung frei zur Verfügung, im Schuppen und der Garage gibt es auch diverse Gartengeräte.
Die Wohnung ist mit einer modernen Küche und fest installierten Außenrollos ausgestattet. Im Bad gibt es außerdem einen Waschmaschinenanschluss.
Gegen einen Abschlag von 200€ sollten sowohl der große Kühlschrank als auch ein Kleiderschrank möglichst übernommen werden. Dazu können auch noch ein Schreibtisch und ein Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen übernommen werden, zsm. für 150€
Es gibt keinen Aufzug.
Strom und Internet müssen separat angemeldet werden, die Kosten dafür kommen also noch dazu!
The apartment is on the 1st floor of a building that has 6 apartments in total. Behind the house is a huge garden and a small tool shed that are both free to use.
The apartment has a built-in kitchen and external roller shutters installed, and there is a connection for a washing machine in the bathroom. The large fridge and the wardrobe stay in the apartment for 200€, also it is possible to keep a desk, a kitchen table and 4 chairs for an additional 150€.
There is no elevator.
Electricity and internet are not included in the rent!
Trotz der ruhigen Lage ist die Anbindung in die Stadt sehr gut, weil etwa 2-3 Gehminuten entfernt regelmäßig ein Bus fährt. Genauso weit entfernt ist auch der nächste Supermarkt.
Although the neighborhood is pretty quiet, the public transport connection to get to the city is pretty good: The nearest bus stop is about 2-3 minutes away, and a small supermarket is right there, too.
Im Haus wohnen v.A. jüngere Erwachsene, davon aber sowohl Studierende als auch Berufstätige. Wir legen wert auf einen nachbarschaftlichen Umgang, d.h. es wird sich gegenseitig geholfen, bei Hausangelegenheiten oder wenn es mal lauter wird miteinander kommuniziert und ab und zu Grillen wir im Garten o.Ä. (das Letzte ist natürlich kein Muss). Diskriminierung aller Art (Rassismus, Queerfeindlichkeit, Sexismus, etc.) ist nicht erwünscht und wir bemühen uns alle, rücksichts- und verständnisvoll miteinander umzugehen.
Auch wenn es selbstverständlich sein sollte: Wir ermutigen auch BIPoC, Queere und/oder trans Personen, sich zu bewerben.
HAUSTIERE sind NUR TEILWEISE erlaubt!! Katzen/Kleintiere sind ok. Bei Hunden war der Vermieter bisher abgeneigt, da kommt es dann evtl. auf den Hund an, ist aber eher unwahrscheinlich.

The other tenants are mostly young adults, some students and some working.
We try to all help each other out if something comes up, and communicate openly about things that concern the house or the garden. Sometimes we also hang out in the garden together, although that is no requirement, of course.
Although it shouldn't be neccessary to say: We explicitly invite BIPoC, Queer and/or trans people to apply. Discrimination of any kind is not welcome and we all try to be respectful and understanding towards each other.
PETS ARE NOT ALWAYS ALLOWED! Cats and small animals are fine but so far, the landlord has not allowed dogs. This might depend on the dog, but it's not likely.
