Hallo,
ich suche zum ersten Mai eine kleine Wohnung, am besten 1-2ZKB bis 300,- warm. Sie sollte min. 25 qm haben,ein kleiner Balkon wäre sehr schön. Ich habe keine Haustiere, aber es wäre toll wenn die Möglichkeit bestünde. Stadtteil ist relativ egal, solange man sich als Frau auch im Dunkeln auf die Straße trauen kann.
