Hello,
I am Wanashri Wanjari and I am searching for 1 room flat or sharing flat of rent in Kaufering, Landsberg Area for the duration of 6 months from 1st May 2018 to October 2018. I am particularly interested in your rental unit because of the nearby amenities, proximity to public transportation, and relatively short commute to work.
I am a working student pursuing Masters.and I am moving to Germany for an Internship. I am quiet and respectful of others’ privacy and have always had a good relationship with my previous housing residence. Although I enjoy socializing, I like my home to be a peaceful place.
I understand that by entering into a tenancy, I will be taking on legal responsibilities. As your tenant, I am aware that I will need to:
• pay the full rent on time,
• not unreasonably disturb others,
• care for your property.
I am looking for a stable tenancy and hope that you will consider my application. if there are any house available, then I will be glad to rent the room.
