Ich werde zum 1 April aus meiner Wohnung (25m²) in der Samwerstraße ausziehen. Die Wohnung ist ca.5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Uni entfernt und es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (Holtenauerstr). Es gibt auch eine Wasch- und Trockenmaschine im Haus. Die Wohnung liegt im EG. Kaltmiete 265 Euro + Nebenkosten 80 Euro und eine einmalige Kaution 795 Euro. Bei Bedarf können meine Möbel für 200 Euro übernommen werden.
Man muss nach 22 Uhr Ruhe halten. Winters muss man Schnee fegen und Sand streuen. Alle Instrumente werden vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt.
Kleiner Hinweis - der Vermieter akzeptiert gerne Studenten (Uni, FH, usw) oder die Leuten, die an der Uni arbeiten.
