Die Wohnung hat ein Zimmer mit Dielen, einen kleinen Flur (ebenfalls Dielen), ein kleines, gefliestes Bad mit Dusche und eine separate Küche, die mit Herd und Waschmaschine ausgestattet ist. Hier kann man problemlos zu zweit gemütlich sitzen. Ein Kühlschrank könnte bei Bedarf günstig übernommen werden.
Die Lage ist einwandfrei. Als Student ist man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß am Audimax und eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich quasi direkt vor der Haustür. Im direkten Umfeld gibt es mehrere Supermärkte und Restaurants sowie alle Attraktionen, die die Holtenauer Straße zu bieten hat.
