Die Wohnung wird von der Hausverwaltung Haus und Grund verwaltet. Dort könnt ihr euch bewerben. Für Besichtigungen könnt ihr euch direkt bei mir melden.
Die Wohnung verfügt über keinen Herd oder einen Waschmaschinenanschluss. Es gibt nur eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Waschbecken. Ich habe sie aber prima mit elektronischem Kochfeld und einer Grillmikrowelle nutzen können.
Ansonsten ist die Wohnung traumhaft! Allein schon wegen der Lage! Sie ist Mega ruhig und zentral. Die Wohnung wurde frisch gestrichen und vor einem Jahr wurde eh fast alles neu gemacht.
