Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine große und sehr helle 1 Zimmer Wohnung in Kiel-Ellerbek. Sie ist im 6. Stock, 40 m² groß und sehr gut geschnitten. Es gibt einen Balkon und einen Aufzug.
Man hat bis nachmittags Sonne und einen schönen Ausblick auf den Park, der direkt neben dem Haus liegt. Die Schule nebenan stört hier im 6. Stock nicht, es kommt kaum Lautstärke nach oben. Es wohnen viele Studenten, aber auch Rentner hier. Es gab aber noch nie Probleme mit der Lautstärke, wenn ich mal gefeiert habe ;-)
Ansonsten: Bad mit Dusche, Einbauküche und Einbauschränke im Flur.
Die Wohnung kostet momentan warm 312,50€, das Haus wird gerade modernisiert und es wird ab Ende 2018 etwas die Miete angezogen.

Zur FH und in die Innenstadt sind es mit dem Bus jeweils nicht mal 10 Minuten. Wer ein Auto hat, wird auch keine Probleme bekomme, es gibt einen große Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus.
