Ich suche einen Nachemieter für meine 1-Zimmmerwohnung. Sie liegt sehr ruhig, sowohl nach vorne, als auch hinten raus. In der Miete sind bereits Nebenkosten enthalten. Gas und Strom werden direkt mit den Stadtwerken abgerechnet (bei mir zusammen ca. 60€ ).
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem geräumigen Flur, Bad, dem Wohnraum und einer durch einen Tresen abgetrennten Küche. Die Küche hat 2 Herdplatten, eine Spüle mit Arbeitsfläche, einen Kühlschrank und Einbauschränke. Die Wohnung ist mit ihren 5 Fenstern insgesamt sehr hell.
Zur Wohnung gehören 2 Kellerräume und ein Dachboadenraum.
Bei Interesse einfach durchklingeln.
