The “Superior Apartment”, located on the second floor with approximately 22 m², is fully furnished in a youthful and modern style, and offer high speed internet. The room has a private kitchen and a bathroom, which is fitted with a shower. Additional we offer a laundry room with washing machines and clothes dryer.
The residence also benefits from additional services such as a cleaning service (price upon request) or underground parking (50€ per month), which can be provided depending on availability. It might also interest you that the admin fee (one time payment of 170€) as stated in the rental conditions covers for administrative costs as well as checkout cleaning.

Offering high end student living, TWENTY FIRST Kiel is a spacious and contemporary accommodation that ensures you have everything you need and more on-site. The newly built (2016) student residence is located next to the University of Applied Sciences Kiel. The main station as well as the city can be reached in 20 minutes by public transport. The new construction offers various roof terraces and a community area with table football, a pool table, air hockey and table tennis.
TWENTY FIRST student living is offering accommodation to students as well as interns and young professionals only - we will need proof of enrolment, work contract or equivalent documents. Please note that the minimum stay is 6 months – unfortunately we cannot make any exceptions. The age restriction is 16 - 35 years old.
Our Open House will take place every Thursday (unless it's a public holiday in which case it takes place on Wednesday), from 10am until 2pm, at the following address: Klein-Ebbenkamp 1, 24149 Kiel - just show up and check it out.
