5 Minuten zur Uni, 10 Minuten ans Wasser, Düsternbrooker Gehölz und Schrevenpark sind ganz in der Nähe. Zahlreiche kleine Läden und Cafes sind direkt in der Straße.
Die Küche ist süß und hell, das Bad ist Renoviert und großzügig.
Es handelt ich um eine Nichtraucherwohnung.
Internet und Telefonflat sind vorhanden.
