Eine niedliche Küche ist perfekt im Raum integriert, Duschbad mit Fenster ist vorhanden.

Stellplatz hinterm Haus: 20€/Monat
Die Wohnung befindet sich keine 3 Minutem vom Unihochhaus entfernt, zudem ist eine gute Busanbindung vorhanden.
