schweren Herzens gebe ich meine gemütliche Wohnung in der Olshausenstr. auf.
Sie hat einen Balkon,einen großen Flur mit viel Stellfläche, ein schönes Bad mit Fenster und Badewanne und eine Wohnküche mit Waschmaschine. Es gibt ein kleines Zimmer wo optimal ein Bett reinpasst und ein großes Wohnzimmer.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und in einer super Lage (2 Min. zur Uni und 5 Min zum Einkaufen ( Nah&Frisch , Penny , Sky ) und die Bushaltestelle ist auch fast gegenüber. Nachbarn sind unkompliziert und stört auch niemand wenn man mal etwas lauter ist :).
Die Uni/ Westring ist 2 Minuten entfernt, das Oblomow ist genau gegenüber und einen Zahnarzt hast du auch gleich im Haus :).
Nah&Frisch , Penny , Sky sind direkt um die Ecke und ne Tankstelle für den Noteinkauf am Sonntag ist auch nur nen Katzensprung entfernt !
optimal wäre es, wenn ein paar Möbel übernommen werden!
