Ich vermiete meine Einzimmerappartement im Studentenwohnheim Max-Kade Haus ab 1.7 unter. Es besteht aber auch die Möglichkeit, das Appartement zu übernehmen, dafür muss man nur dem Studentenwerk Bescheid geben.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Zimmer (ca 15qm, möbliert), einem eigenen Bad und einer kleinen Küche. Es hat direkten Zugang zu einer Terasse mit Wiese und Wald davor. Das ist gerade im Sommer super praktisch und schön. Zwischen Küche und Zimmer ist eine Tür, was praktisch ist, wenn man keine Essensgerüche im Zimmer haben will. Außerdem haben sowohl das Bad als auch die Küche ein Fenster zum Lüften.
This appartement is 20 sqm and furnished. I rent out the room from July to August, but it is possible to rent it permanently from September.
Das Haus befindet sich in unmittelbarer Uninähe. Direkt vor dem Haus ist die Haltestelle Leibnitzstraße, an der die Busse 61, 62 und 81 abfahren. Alle Unigebäude sind gut zu Fuß oder per Fahrrad erreichbar und weitere Busse fahren in der Nähe ab. Es gibt einen Aldi, eine Apotheke, einen Copyshop, eine Bäckerei und andere lebensnotwendige Geschäfte in Laufnähe.
The appartement is located near the campus. There are many Bus stops around, an Aldi, a Copyshop, a pharmacy, a backery and much more in walking distance.
Da ich schon ab 1.7 in eine Wg ziehe, suche ich ab da einen Nach- oder Zwischenmieter. Da das Appartement danach frei wird, besteht die Möglichkeit dem Studentenwerk Bescheid zu geben und dann dauerhaft einzuziehen. Das können wir dann aber in Ruhe gemeinsam klären. Schreib mir am besten über Wg Gesucht oder WhatsApp und wir machen einen Besichtigungstermin aus.
