Hallo zusammen,
ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine gemütliche Wohnung mit Blick auf den Schrevenpark. Der Raum ist toll geschnitten (gemütliche Nische für z.B. Bett). Große Fenster zur Südseite in Schlafzimmer und Küche sorgen für Helligkeit und Wärme - auch im Winter. Die Küche ist relativ modern und das Bad mit Badewanne. Beide sind gefliest, während im Schlafzimmer Holzboden ist. Zudem steht ein Kellerraum zur Verfügung (ca. 10qm)
Der Schrevenpark ist direkt vor der Tür, Einkaufsläden (Sky, Rewe, Aldi) max. 10 min. Fußweg, Buslinien 51 und 81 sind in 2 min. zu erlaufen und auch in der Holtenauer ist man in 5 min, da fahren auch ein Haufen Busse. Alles in allem super zentral und gut angebunden. Eine Post ist direkt an der Ecke (auch Postbank), genau wie das schöne Cafe Resonanz.
Besichtigt werden kann nach Vereinbarung, also am besten per Telefon melden. (falls nicht erreichbar, rufe ich zurück)
