Ich suche ab sofort einen Nachmieter für mein gemütliches 18m2 Zimmer am Südfriedhof/ Nähe Exerzierplatz.
+ Die Miete beträgt 175 Euro, zuzüglich Nebenkosten.
+ Das Zimmer liegt in ruhiger Lage. In der Nähe kann man im Schützenpark entspannen. Die Nachbarn sind superlieb und das Wohnklima im Haus ist herrlich entspannt
+ In der Nähe sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie: Lidl, Aldi, Kloppenburg, Apotheken...
+ Das Zimmer ist zentrumsnah (10- 15 min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof, mit dem Fahrrad 5 min).
 Buslinien 81/82 und 91 fahren in der Nähe.
+ Die Uni ist mit dem Fahrrad in 10- 15 min zu erreichen, mit dem Bus sind es 10 min. Die Berufsschule ist 3 min entfernt :)
