Es handelt sich um ein möbeliertes Einzelzimmer mit gemeinsamer Nutzung der Küche und des WCs. In der Küche trifft man die anderen Leute öfters und kann super nette Unterhaltungen führen, aber man kann sich auch super aus dem Weg gehen. Auch bei den Toiletten ist alles super, da es sehr viele gibt!
Außerdem zahlt man wirklich nur die 230,38€, kein Wlan, Strom, Wasser… Also wirklich optimal!
Waschmaschinen stehen auch zur Verfügung.
Die Lage ist gerade wer an der CAU studiert super! Ich studiere an der FH, was etwas weiter ist, aber mit Bus und einer netten Fährfahrt auch kein Problem.
Rewe und Netto sind auch total nah.
Ausserdem ist der botanische Garten 10 Gehminuten entfernt und wirklich sehr angenehm zum spazieren, aber auch zum Freunde treffen oder um ein gutes Buch zulesen.
Ich hab hier super viele tolle Leute kennengelernt. Also wirklich super, wenn man noch keinen kennt.
