sehr zentrale lage (schräg gegenüber vom satori und berger kai). blick aufs wasser und auf die stenaline.
zimmer ist mit laminat, relativ groß und hell.
küche hat einen kühlschrank. herd ist mit gas genauso wie das wasser.
badezimmer eher klein und mit sitzbadewanne.
dann gibt es im kleinen flur noch eine abstellkammer.
hausflur wir gereinigt. muss man also nicht selber machen.
die miete beträgt 340 euro warm. außerdem zahle ich 40 euro stadtwerke.
zur bushaltestelle "holstenbrücke" sind es ca. 5 min zu fuß. zur haltestelle "bootshafen" noch weniger.
