Ich suche aktuell eine/n Untermieter*in für meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Kiel. Die Wohnung ist schön geschnitten und durch die abgeteilte Küche, wirkt sie fast wie 2 Zimmer.
In der Wohnung sind ein Schrank sowie eine Waschmaschine und ein Kühlschrank/Tiefkühlfach enthalten.
Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock und es gibt einen zugehörigen Kellerabteil. Zudem verfügt das Gebäude über einen Hinterhof, der genutzt werden darf.
Die Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist super, man braucht bis zur Bushaltestelle Feldstraße/Waizstraße eine Minute und bis zur Haltestelle Ansgarkirche max. 10 Minuten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind viele gegeben. Neben Penny, Aldi und Rewe gibt es in der Holtenauerstraße auch viele Restaurants und Bars.
Die Wohnung ist nicht hellhörig und obwohl sie an der Straße liegt, ist davon kaum etwas mitzubekommen.
Einzug möglich ab dem 25.02.-31.05.24.
