Ich biete euch meine eigentlich als Ferienwohnung genutzte Wohnung direkt am Strand an. Sie wird für den Zeitraum 01.10.2023 bis 31.03.2024 frei sein.
Einzug ist auch bereits ab sofort (18.08.2023) möglich.
Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert und bietet alles was das Herz begehrt, ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen!
Der Balkon lädt mit seiner Süd-West Ausrichtung den ganzen Tag bis zum Sonnenuntergang zum Verweilen ein.
Es wird eine Pauschalmiete in Höhe von 700€ (alles inklusive) fällig.
Internet und TV sind in der Miete enthalten.

Der Stadtteil Schilksee liegt direkt an der Förde. Strand, Möwen, Fischbrötchen - Urlaubsfeeling pur. 200 Meter Luftlinie bis zum Strand, 5 Meter bis zum Bus. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker in direkter Nähe.
In 30 Minuten erreicht man mit dem Bus die Kieler Innenstadt. Mit dem Auto sind es 15 Minuten.
Doch die 15 Kilometer sind auch bequem per Rad oder Förde Dampfer machbar.
Der Förde Dampfer legt 300 Meter Luftlinie von der Wohnung entfernt ab.
