I am german, but post the description here in English so that all can apply for it.
I am renting this 55 sqm 1-person apartment. The house is over 100 years old and was just being renovated. The apartment has one bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and small floor. The kitchen and the whole apartment is fully equipped.
The neighbourhood is very nice. In the neighbourhood you find nearby banks, restaurants, bike rental, cafes, arts and entertainment.
There is one simple rule and can be best desribed by quoting Gandhi:
I do not want my house to be walled in on all sides and my windows to be stuffed. I want the cultures of all lands to be blown about my house as freely as possible. But I refuse to be blown off my feet by any.
So you are very much welcomed, but please treat my apartment and your new neighbours accordingly.
