Suche für den 1. Oktober (nach Absprache evtl. auch früher) einen Nachmieter für meine kleine aber feine Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung: Beste Lage, 325€ warm, schätzungsweise 19 m2. Im Eingangsbereich befindet sich eine Kochnische. Der Zugang zum Bad befindet sich im Schlaf-/Wohnbereich. Der Stellplatz für eine Waschmaschine ist im Keller. Im Hof hat man die Möglichkeit ein Fahrrad abzustellen.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Man braucht zu Fuß ca. 5 Minuten in die Einkaufsstraße der Altstadt und ca. 7 Minuten zum Löhrcenter (und bf Stadtmitte), von wo die meisten Busse abfahren (beispielsweise die zur Uni). Zur Mosel braucht man zwei Minuten und zum deutschen Eck ca. 10.
