-centrally located 15 minutes walking from the Hbf, 5 minutes walking to the tram station Ebertplatz
- all possible shopping and shopping shops in front of the front door
-easy restaurants in front of the front door
- shower room
- High bed (1.40 m wide) for max 2 persons
- small kitchenette with sink, 2 hotplates, mini oven and refrigerator
- shower room

I rent the apartment to 1-2 people. Since my apartment is very close to my heart, I would like to find it in the same state as I left it.

-zentral gelegen 15 Minuten fußläufig vom Hbf entfernt, 5 min fußläufig zur Straßenbahnstation Ebertplatz
-alle möglichen Einkaufs- und Shoppingläden vor der Haustür
-leckere Restaurants vor der Haustür
-Duschbad
-Hochbett (1.40 m breit) für maximal 2 Personen
-kleine Kochnische mit Spüle, 2 Kochplatten, Miniofen und Kühlschrank
-Duschbad

Ich vermiete das Apartment an 1-2 Personen. Da mir meine Wohnung sehr am Herzen liegt, würde ich sie gerne im gleichen Zustand auffinden, wie ich sie verlassen habe.
