Ich vermiete meine Wohnung vom 19. Juni bis zum 30. August 2021.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und hat eine Wohnküche mit Balkon (sehr weiter Innenhof mit großem Baum) nach S/O, ein Schlafzimmer nach N/W und ein schönes Bad mit Fenster, Badewanne und Waschmaschine. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße zwischen Ebertplatz und Hansaring (Saturn). Der Mediapark ist direkt um die Ecke. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist optimal: 3 Min zur S-Bahn (1 Station zum Hbf), U-Bahnen fahren sowohl vom Hansaring, als auch vom Ebertplatz. Die Autobahn ist über die Zoobrücke sehr schnell zu erreichen. Das Parken ist hier allerdings schwierig und meist nur für Anwohner.
Der Mietpreis ist 750 Euro inklusive Nebenkosten und Telefon/Internetkosten. Ich habe eine DSL Flatrate / Glasfaser, Wlan, Gespräche zum Handy oder ins Ausland müssen extra bezahlt werden.
