Ich suche zum 01.10.2010 einen netten Nachmieter für meine sehr schöne 1-Zimmer-Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat ein sehr großes Fenster, was die Wohnung sehr hell macht und ein großes Bad in dem man auch eine Waschmaschine stellen kann. Der Boden ist mit Laminat ausgelegt und im Wohnraum ist eine Küchenzeile. Die vorhandenen Möbel (Schrankwand inkl. Kleiderschrank, Schlafsofa, kleiner Sessel und höherer Tisch mit 2 Hockern) sollen für € 900,-- übernommen werden. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und das gesamte Haus sehr gepflegt. Ein Hausmeisterehepaar steht mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Die Bilder vermitteln einen ersten Eindruck, die Wohnung kann in der Woche nach Terminvereinbarung besichtigt werden.
