Hi,
Ich suche einen Nachmieter für eine helle Dachgeschosswohnung mitten in Köln.
Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein: zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten an Rudolfplatz wie Friesenplatz, dadurch optimale Bahnanbindung (Rudolfplatz: 1, 7, 12, 16; Friesenplatz: 3, 4, 5, 12, 15).
Die Fenster der Wohnung gehen nach Süden, daher ist sie hell.
Für die Übernahme von Herd und Kühlschrank möchte 100,-€. Eine Spüle ist auch schon da.
Eventuell können auch Bett, Kleiderschrank und Schreibtisch mit Schreibtischstuhl übernommen werden für 150,-€.
Einzugsdatum ist voraussichtlich ab nächster Woche.
Das Heizen erfolgt mit Strom (Gebläseheizgeräte sind installiert).
