Fußweg bis zum Ebertplatz oder Hansaring (U12, U15, U16 und U18) (S6, S11, S12 und S13). Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Verkehrsverbindung. Das Apartment ist sehr ruhig durch die isolierte Fenster in der Wohnung.
I am looking for someone who wants to have my nice apartment from end of January to end of February. The apartment is located in very central place, 5 min by foot to Ebertplatz (U12, U15, U16 and U18) and Hansaring also Sbahn (S6, S11, S12 and S13). Shopping, cafe, restaurants, grocery stores, and so on. However so quiet that you hear nothing with the good isolation.
The rent is 500 euros and includes all the cost, electricity, gas, high speed internet flatrate access. The washmachine is also in the apartment.
