There are also a lot of free parking spaces on the street at night. You will definitely relax yourself and certainly enjoy the neighborhood with your stay here!

The rent is 565 Euro/month, and includes all the cost, electricity, gas, high speed internet flatrate access. The Washing machine and dryer are also in the building at the same floor. There is an elevator in the building as well.

The room is available from February 01st to August 31st, 2014. The actual time period is however negotiable.
