Leider hat mich meine Firma umgezogen und ich muss diese schöne Wohnung in Hansaring aufgeben. Es ist ideal für eine Person. Die wohnung ist möbliert und die Möbel müssen abgelöst werden. Das Appartement besteht aus einer kleinen Küche, einem Bad mit Dusche und einem Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer. Fenster auf beiden Seiten der Wohnung, die sie tagsüber sehr hell machen.
Unfortunately, my company has relocated me and I have to give up this lovely apartment in Hansaring. It is ideal for one person. The apartment is furnished and the furniture must be purchased. The apartment consists of a small kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a bedroom/living room. Windows on both sides of the apartment, making it really bright during day time.
Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig. Es gibt einen kleinen Park direkt gegenüber und einen viel größeren zwei Blocks weiter. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Cafés und Restaurants sowie Supermärkte (Rewe, Dm, etc.).
Parken in der Straße herum möglich, kann aber an den Wochenenden aufgrund der Nähe zum Stadtzentrum schwieriger werden.
Dom und Hauptbahnhof in nur 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. U-Bahn (Linien 12,15,16,18), S-Bahn und Busse sind nur 2 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt
The area is quite nice and quiet. There is a small park right across the street and a much bigger one two blocks up. There are quite a lot of coffee shops and restaurants in the area, as well as supermarkets.(Rewe, Dm, etc.).
Parking around the block possible but can get harder on the weekends due to closeness to city center.
Dom and Hauptbahnhof in just a 5-10 minute walk. U-Bahn(Lines 12,15,16,18), S-Bahn and Bus possibilities are just a 2 minute walk from the house.
-Die letzten 3 Gehälter werden vom Vermieter benötigt.
-Stromgas und Internet werden vom Mieter beauftragt. Dafür bezahle ich derzeit 70 Euro.
-Möbel kosten 600€, die vor der Schlüsselübergabe zu bezahlen sind.
-Last 3 salaries will be needed by landlord.
-Electricity gas and internet will be contracted a part by the tenant. Currently I pay around 70 for everything.
- Furniture will cost 600€ to pay before handing the keys.
