ich vermiete meine 1 Zimmer-Whg. mit Küche und Balkon. Die Wohnung hat nur folgende Möbel: ein Schlafsofa und einen Couchtisch. Es gibt in der Küche eine Pantryküche mit einem kleinen Kühlschrank, einen 2 Plattenherd und einer Spüle (Foto folgt). Außerdem befindet sich in der Küche ein Tisch mit 2 Stühlen, und eine Vorratskammer.
Es können gerne eigene Möbel mitgebracht werden. Im Hof kann man das Fahrrad abstellen.
Die Miete beträgt 500 Euro plus 40 Euro für Strom.
Die Wohnung liegt im Eigelsteinviertel mit Supermärkten in der Nähe. Die U-Bahnhaltestelle und den S-Bahnhof "Hansaring" erreicht man in 3 min und die Haltestelle Ebertplatz ist zu Fuß 7 min. entfernt. Der Kölner Hauptbahnhof ist ebenfalls fußläufig (10-15 min) erreichbar. Um die Ecke gibt es auch einen Waschsalon.
Die Wohnung kann ab Freitag den 20.03. besichtigt werden.
Die Wohnung ist nur für eine Person.
Es dürfen keine Tiere gehalten und nur auf dem Balkon geraucht werden.
