Ich werde 2021 ein Auslandssemester machen, und suche für den oben genannten Zeitraum einen Untermieter für meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung im Agnesviertel in Köln. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert mit Fernseher, Küche, großem Kleiderschrank und Minibackofen. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind im Keller gegen eine kleine Gebühr verfügbar. Zudem ist eine gemeinsame Dachterrasse nutzbar, auf der man optimal den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Im Preis sind alle Nebenkosten (Wasser, Strom, WLAN) mit einbegriffen.

I will be studying abroad in 2021 from February-Juli, and I´m looking for a subtenant for my small apartment in Cologne Agnesviertel. The apartment is fully furnished with TV, kitchen, big closet and mini-oven. Washing machine and dryer are available in the basement of the house for a small fee. Also, it´s possible to use the shared rooftop terrace, the perfect place to enjoy sunset. All costs (Water, Power, WiFi) are included in the price.

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, hier einige Entfernungen:
- Ebertplatz (U-Bahn): 2 min zu Fuß
- Dom/Hauptbahnhof: 15 min zu Fuß bzw. 5 min mit der U-Bahn vom Ebertplatz
- S-Bahnhof Hansaring: 10 min zu Fuß bzw. 2 min mit der U-Bahn vom Ebertplatz
- Rhein: 10 min zu Fuß
- Rewe/Aldi/DM: 5 min zu Fuß
Das Agnesviertel ist ein echt schöner Platz zum Leben, es gibt viele Restaurants, Bars und Cafés in Laufdistanz, aber trotzdem sehr sicher und nicht zu laut.

The apartment is located super centrally, here are some distances:
- Ebertplatz (Underground station): 2 min on foot
- Dom/Cologne Central Station: 15 min on foot or 5 min with the metro from Ebertplatz
- Hansaring train station: 10 min on foot or 2 min with the metro from Ebertplatz
- River rhine: 10 min on foot
- Rewe/Aldi/DM (supermarkets): 5 min on foot
The Agnesviertel really is a nice place to live, as there are many restaurants, bars and cafés in walking distance, but still very safe and not too loud.
Der genaue Zeitpunkt des Einzugs ist nicht auf den 05.02. festgenagelt. Es wäre allerdings gut, wenn sich ein Kandidat findet, der die Wohnung für den vollen Zeitraum übernimmt, oder zumindest für den Großteil.

The move-in date doesn´t have to be exactly the 5th of February, but it would be nice to find a subtenant who is willing to take the apartment for the full time period, or at least most of it.
