Die Wohnung liegt in einer Top Lage. Ich bin im Dezember 2019 eingezogen. Vorher wurde das Bad komplett neugemacht, alles gestrichen und neuer Boden verlegt. Die Küche ist zwar klein aber völlig ausreichend. Optimal ist, dass man das Bett durch die L-Form abtrennen kann.
Ich suche eine 2-3 Zimmer Wohnung, mindestens 55 Quadratmeter, maximal 900 Euro Kaltmiete, Lage: Altstadt, Neustadt, Ehrenfeld, Südstadt, Sülz und alles weitere was möglichst zentral ist.
Wir hätten zusätzlich noch eine kleine 26 Quadratmeter Wohnung in Ehrenfeld zentral zum Tausch abzugeben
Direkt am Friesenplatz findet man alles was man braucht. Perfekte Anbindung, Supermarkt, alle weiteren Geschäfte auf den Ringen. Zusätzlich geht man nur ca. 10 minuten zum Hauptbahnhof.
Bei Interesse schau ich nochmal alle Daten zu Nebenkosten, Kaution etc nach.
