Schöne 1-Zimmer Wohnung mit Balkon und separater Küche. Bad mit Tageslicht und großem Fenster. Wohn/Schlafzimmer Richtung Hof und ruhig gelegen. Es gehört auch ein Keller zur Wohnung mit genug Platz für Fahrräder. Ein Waschkeller ist auch vorhanden, wo man seine eigene Waschmaschine hinstellen kann.

Super zentrale Lage (mit Domblick!) weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hbf und 5 Minuten zur Station Hansaring. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (Rewe, Penny, DM, Bäckerei, usw.), sowie Bars und Restaurants.

Der/Die neue Bewohner:in sollte ein Abschlag in Höhe von 1300€ für die Einbauküche plus ein paar Möbel bezahlen. Dazu gehören:
- Kühlschrank (vor 6 Monate neu gekauft)
- Spülmaschine
- Elektro-Ofen
- Einbauschränke
- Küchenregal
- Balkonmöbel (Tisch + 2 Stühle)
- Maßgefertigte Vorhänge
- Badschrank
- Badspiegel

Die Küche sowie die anderen Möbel sind in einem sehr gutem Zustand.

Wenn Interesse besteht, wäre es möglich, andere Möbel zu übernehmen (Schrank, Bett, Sofa), aber kein muss.
