Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um eine schöne, helle 1-Zimmer-Wohnung mit 26qm in super zentraler Lage mit 600 m Fußweg zum Barbarossaplatz zwischen den Bahnstationen Eifelstraße und Poststraße.
Die Vermieterin ist super entspannt, der Flur immer sauber und die Nachbarn sind entspannt. Ich fühle mich hier super wohl, grade für Studierende ist es optimal (15 Minuten Fußweg zur Universität zu Köln) und man ist in alle Richtungen top angebunden (1 Bahnstation zum Neumarkt, 2 Bahnstationen in die Südstadt). Ich möchte mit einer Freundin zusammenziehen, daher der Umzug.
Haustiere erlaubt, Dachboden, Einbauküche
Ich suche:
Mind. 55qm linksrheinisch mit guter Anbindung in den üblichen Vierteln. Miete Maximal 1000€ warm, WG-geeignet.
