vermiete zwischenzeitlich immer mal wieder mein schnuckliges kölner standbein, fragt einfach nach.
diesmal vorr. 7.- ca. 14.11. - vermutlich aber bis 27.11. - preis vb je nach dauer.
ab 03.-27.12. ist die wohnung dann auch nochmal frei
preis um 85.- / woche nach VB
kultlage, gleich am severinstor - trotzdem total ruhig, da hinten raus - , 2. stock, großer Balkon, nichtraucher whg.
geniale einkaufsgelegenheiten auch bis 22 uhr, alles da, vom kaisers über aldi bis rewe, und zahllose kleine läden, gastronomie, auch top-küche zb gleich um die ecke, zig internet-cafes ab 1 euro/h, waschsalon, banken.
und natürlich - wer's kennt: der unvergleichliche charme der kölner südstadt ;)
beste bahn- und busverbindungen.
zum schlafen evtl. erstmal nur (gute! und relativ neu) matratze - versuche aber baldmöglichst bett aufzustellen. evtl. bau ich aber ein (dann neues) bett auf.
ansonsten simple eingerichtet, regal/e, schreibtisch, kleine küche etc. (evtl. bald fotos), das war's.
hausnr ist zwecks anonymität nur grob angegeben ;), aber lage auf stadtplan haut schon hin ..
