Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert. Hochbett, Sofa, Bücherregal, Einbauküche und Waschmaschine bleiben in der Wohnung. Zudem gibt es im Haus eine Waschküche, in der weitere Waschmaschinen und Trockner gegen Entgelt zur Verfügung stehen. Das Haus gehört der GAG Immobilien AG, einem kommunalen Wohnungsunternehmen, und es gibt einen Hausmeisterservice, der sich um alle Belange rund ums Haus kümmert.
