ich biete eine 1-Zimmer Wohnung mit 21m² direkt am Rhein in der Kölner Süd-Stadt.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Kochnische die in die Wand eingelassen ist und somit nicht direkt im Raum steht. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell (große Fensterfront), kleiner Flur und eine WC/Dusche. Der Boden ist hell gefliest.
Ich präferiere eine übergabe an einen Nachmieter der gewillt ist ein paar Möbelstücke zu übernehmen (z.B. Bett, Kleiderschrank und Überhängeschrank zur Kochnische).
Die Wohnung Kostet warm 299€!!!

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Rhein in der Süd-Stadt.
3 min Fussweg zur Severinsstrasse, dort sind alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs (REWE, Netto, usw) ebenfalls die Bahnhaltestelle der Linie 3 und 4, sowie die Bushaltestelle 132 und 133.
Man braucht keine 10 min zu Fuss zur FH Köln und zum Chlodwigplatz (Linie 15 und 16).
