Hallihallo!
Ich vermiete mein super gemütliches Apartment vom 28.11.13 bis zum 31.5.14 unter, also für 6 Monate. Es besteht allerdings die Option auf Verlängerung (1 Jahr insgesamt) Es handelt sich hierbei um eine komplett möblierte 1 Zimmerwohnung direkt am Zülpicher Platz. Supermarkt, Clubs, Bars, Uni etc. alles in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
Die Wohnung hat ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und eine Kochnische inkl. Waschmaschine abgetrennt vom Wohnraum, inkl. tollem Domblick ;-)
Da ich die Wohnung untervermiete, werde ich ein paar meiner persönlichen Sachen in der Wohnung lassen. Mache aber genug Platz für Klamotten o.ä.
Die Gesamtmiete beläuft sich auf 380 Euro warm monatlich plus 500 Euro Kaution. Außerdem setze ich eine Haftpflichtversicherung voraus.
Es ist KEIN Internetzugang vorhanden. Surfe selbst mit einem Surfsticl, klappt super.
Falls ihr also Lust habt für die nächsten Monate in super zentraler Lage und in einem kleinen aber feinen Apartment in Köln zu wohnen, meldet euch!
