Ab dem 15. Februar wird meine schöne 1-Zimmer-Whg frei. Sie hat eine komplette Fensterfront, die auf die Severinskirche zeigt. Dadurch ist sie sehr hell, ohne dass jmd reingucken kann.
Im Flurbereich ist eine neue Einbauküche mit einem Kochfeld und einem Waschbecken. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne. Einen Waschmaschinenanschluss gibt es leider nicht in der Whg.
Kellerabteil, Fahrradkeller, sowie ein Aufzugsind vorhanden.
Meldet euch! Besichtigen könnt ihr die Whg So ab 15 Uhr, Montag, ab 14 Uhr.
Die Lage bietet alles was man sich wünscht. Einkaufsmöglichkieten gibt es auf der Severinsstraße genügend. Bars und Restaurants ebenfalls. 5 min geht man bis zum Chlodwigplatz, wo die KVB fährt.
Bis zum Rheinauhafen geht man ebenfals nur wenige Minuten.
Die Parksituation ist leider nicht sehr gut.
