Ich habe hier immer sehr gerne gewohnt, auch wegen der tollen Community im Haus.
Die Wohnung ist im September 2016 das erste Mal bezogen worden, daher die Ausstattung sehr neu und luxeriös! Direkt im Haus befindet sich ein Penny und ein Becker.
Folgende Eckpunkte:
-19,49 qm (Balkon ist enthalten)
-Möbliert: Küche, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Esstisch (ausziehbar)
-Abschlag: 120€ Bett & Balkonplanze (ohne Matratze)
-Internet teile ich mit meinen Nachbarn (10€/Monat)
-Fußbodenheizung und Handtuchheizung (sehr geil im Winter)
-Der Balkon ist verhältnismäßig sehr groß

Die Lage des Hauses ist unschlagbar. Man ist direkt auf der Zülpicher Straße und auch sofort am Südbahnhof (1 min). Außerdem ist ein Penny und eine Bäcker im Haus.
