Die Wohnung ist schön. Ich bin ausgezogen um mit meiner Freundin zusammenzuziehen. Es gibt zwei kleine Abstellräume und einen Keller. Die Einbauküche mit Kühlschrank, Herd und Spülmaschine möchte ich drinlassen. Dazu gibt es für den Abschlag noch eine Toploader-Waschmaschine im Bad.
In den Nebenkosten ist auch Heizung und Kabelanschluss enthalten.
Die Wohnung ist im Pantaleonsviertel gelegen. Man kommt schnell mit den Straßen- und U-Bahnen überall hin. Man kann nach Bedarf zu Fuß am Barbarossaplatz auf der Severinstraße oder sogar am Neumarkt einkaufen. 150 m entfernt gibt es einen Penny und einen Metzger. Der nächste Kiosk ist knappe 50 m entfernt.
Man kann im Keller sein Fahrrad abstellen.
Die Aussicht ist dafür, dass die Wohnung im 2. Stock und so zentral gelegen ist, wirklich schön. Vorne raus ist die Kirche St. Panthaleon und hinten raus, wo der Balkon ist, gibt es einen Garten in dem auch ein paar ältere Bäume stehen und im Frühling die Vögel singen.
